Rates

• $1100.00 per week, in season, 5/26/06 to 8/25/06
  Additional charge for more than 6 persons, $75.00/ person/ week
  
• Off Season, rate of $750.00/ week
  Available on per night basis, off season only
  
• $150.00 per night - 2 night minimum
• A week is Friday to Friday
  
• Check-in 2 p.m. - Checkout 9 a.m.
  
• Deposit (weekly rentals) 1/3 of rental
  For cancellations, deposits will be refunded or applied toward a future reservation if the cottage can be re-rented
